From 1997 to 2014 he was majority owner and member/chairman of the board in the Stokke Group and from 1991 to 2004 he held different management positions in the company. Previous experience include work in the finance department at Storebrand and Nevi Finans. Rune holds a MSc in economics from NHH and an MBA from IESE Barcelona.
Morten was the CEO in AF Gruppen from 2015-2020 and before that he was the Executive Vice President for Property and Building for 3 years. Previous to AF Gruppen, Mr Grongstad was CEO of Fornebu Utvikling, and also has experience from Orkla Eiendom and McKinsey. Mr Grongstad has an MSc in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
Her previous experience includes investment banking in Goldman Sachs in London and New York, and senior leadership positions in Credo Partners and Frigaardgruppen. Key competences include strategic positioning, executing organic and structural growth/scale-up and exit strategies, and financing. Ellen holds a BSBA from Boston University and an MBA from Solvay Business School in addition to executive programs from INSEAD and Harvard Business School.
She works as a consultant within conflict management, mediation and management development. She runs her own investment companies. Previous experience includes work as sales manager in Stokke Group, consultant in Stamina and Coach in Miraa, in addition to a long experience as board member in companies and foundations. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Norwegian School of marketing in Oslo and is certified Gestalt-therapist fra Norwegian Gestalt Institute, Oslo
She brings experience from Corporate & Investment Banking and private equity at Nordea, and previously served as Managing Partner of a newly established investment firm focused on fund investments. Her expertise includes capital markets transactions, leveraged finance, acquisition financing, and business development in the financial sector. Hedvig holds degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and the University of San Francisco.
He previously served as Managing Partner at the investment management firm Solsten, where he led the establishment and scaling of the firm. Mr. Øybø brings extensive experience from the Orkla Group, having served both as Investment Director with responsibility for listed and private equity investments, and as Chief Financial Officer of Orkla Media, where he was responsible for finance and strategy. He has also held the position of Investment Director at Glastad Invest, held senior management roles at Schibsted, and worked as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Mr. Øybø holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA), and earned an MBA from INSEAD.
